Motors
Motors act as the backbone of any system converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. Motors can be driven by both AC and DC power and operate in linear and rotary motion. Every motor has its own unique properties of speed, inertia and torque which required having a properly sized and selected motor to ensure optimal performance and control of the load being moved or positioned.
DC Brush
Dings’ Motion USA
Dings’ brush DC motors have low mechanical loss, high power conversion efficiency and relatively save energy. The speed of the brush DC motor can quickly respond to a change of voltage and meet the requirements of high speed and high precision control. The DC motors can be designed with ferrite, aluminum, nickel cobalt, rare earth magnet or permanent magnet.
Direct Drive Rotary
Akribis Systems
Direct Drive Rotary motors feature ironless and iron core technology in a wide range of sizes and ratings including frameless brushless motors ranging in size from 110mm to 360mm diameter.
Dings’ Motion USA
Dings’ direct drive rotary motors have various sizes available, with options for hollow shaft with RS485 and CAN Bus communication options available.
Yaskawa
Yaskawa direct drive technology eliminates backlash, reduces the number of mechanical components, and provides a stiff mechanical system for highly dynamic applications.
Integrated Drive-Motor
Dings’ Motion USA
The features and benefits of Dings’ integrated motion systems include lower installation cost, set-up time and improved reliability. With fewer parts to connect with less cabling and wiring, this solution has the benefit of reduced machine size, footprint, cost and complexity and can eliminate the need for external controllers.
Nanotec
For demanding applications with precise position, speed, and torque control, Nanotec offers brushless DC motors with integrated controller in four sizes. Both BLDC motors and stepper motors feature field-oriented control via the integrated encoder and differ only in their working points. Flange sizes range from 42 – 86 mm (NEMA 17 – NEMA 34) and offer excellent dynamic behavior through closed-loop control. Benefits include compact design and quick setup and are also available with protection class IP65. Communication options include CANopen, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP
Linear Brushless
Akribis Systems
Linear brushless motors, ironless designs with zero cogging for high acceleration and high speed and an iron core design for applications that demand greater force.
Yaskawa
Yaskawa linear brushless motors are directly coupled to the load, achieving high positioning accuracy and repeatability, with smoot motion up to 5 m/s.
Rotary Servo
Cymatix
Cymatix offers a line of brushless motors in 24, 42, 57, 60, and 80 mm frame sizes with optical encoder and brake options. In addition, we provide value-added services including connectorized motors, motor-brake and motor-brake-encoder assemblies, motor-gearhead assemblies, connectorized sensors, and other customized sub-assemblies. We will team with your engineering and production staffs to design, assemble, and test components to meet your needs. Let us facilitate your bill of materials by having our in-house assembly department become an extension of your manufacturing capacity.
Delta Electronics
The ASDA family of servo drives and motors offers performance and power in a small footprint. Available in several power versions, from 100W to 15kW, with up to three times the rated current for peak power. The systems are configurable for analog torque and velocity, pulse and direction, position registers, master/slave following, and indexing. All products are CE and UL approved. Brakes, and cables are also available.
Dings’ Motion USA
Dings’ offers a broad range of low cost, customized brushless DC motor solutions for motion applications requiring higher speeds. The outstanding advantages of a brushless DC motor is the convenience of speed regulation, higher power density and over load capacity. Ding’s supplies four sizes from 17 to 34 and three lengths per size.
Nanotec
Nanotec’s brushless DC motors are electronically commuted 3-phase motors (EC motors) that are especially well suited for applications requiring quiet running characteristics and a long service life. The high-energy permanent magnets allow high acceleration rates, combined with very high efficiency and speeds of up to 14,000 rpm.
Trio
The Trio servo motor range can be used in a wide range of applications thanks to their high performance, available power range and compact dimensions. Low inertia allows very fast response times and these motors develop a very high torque despite their small size. Trio’s servo solutions achieve precision control and high reliability with a plug-and-play set up for applications characterized by high-speed, high-precision control such as packaging, electronics assembly and manufacture, material handling, and three-axis gantries.
Yaskawa
Yaskawa’s line of AC brushless rotary servo motors covers a full range of load requirement in both small and medium capacities. The advanced technology built into their rotary servo motors sets a new industry standard for responsiveness, precision and long-term reliability.
Stepper
Dings’ Motion USA
Dings’ provides 8 different sizes of stepper motors from 14mm to 86mm, with each size having the option for multiple stack lengths. Single or dual shaft is standard but customized shaft options are also available.
Nanotec
Nanotec stepper motors are available in many sizes and power versions, with one or two winding halves per phase for unipolar or bipolar control and a single or double shaft. In addition to standard motors, customized versions, motors with integrated encoder or motors for specific applications are also available. Stepper motors have a long service life and are specially designed for applications requiring high torque and low speeds.
In addition to motors, we also have drives and controls.
